Artist BioAnna was born in Alexandria, Virginia. While she spent a brief time living in Maryland, most of her upbringing was in Saratoga Springs, New York. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2002 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting. After graduating she moved to Manhattan, New York and continued to create and find her voice as a painter. As her family grew (she had her fist child in March 2008) so did the need for space, and her and her family now reside in the artist’s community of Beacon, NY. She is now concentrating on painting and raising her son full time.
